Never skip leg day

Nobody should ever skip leg day. Women and Men. But it seems guys skip more leg days than women do..

And I get it. For a guy, doing Chest + Shoulder + Triceps is where we ‘see’ the most gains.

When we do bench press, our shoulders get a pump, we see it in the mirror – and we start feeling all types of ways about ourselves.

But we can’t afford to skip leg days.

Here’s why..

-1- Leg work produces testosterone

Squats and Deadlifts use 80% of your muscle in one move. This tells your body to produce testosterone, which in turn builds muscle, burns fat, makes you live longer, etc. Legs.

-2- Legs are 50% of your body

So doing squats, deadlifts, lunges will work a LOT of muscle. The bigger they are, the more calories they require to stay alive.

In other words – the bigger they are, the more calories you can eat while staying lean. Legs.

-3- Legs are your foundation.

If you’re doing a standing Bicep curl, when will you lift more weight?

Standing on some Sequoia tree trunk legs? Or some twigs?

Big legs give you strength. Also..

-4- Legs are attractive

Girls love big legs on guys. It’s just how it is, and that’s all I’ll say about it. Big legs emanate strength. And that gets the crowd ‘going’.

You have 6 weeks to go until New Years, and people are falling off their workouts left and right.

But the only left and right you should be doing is your lunges, deadlifts, and squats.

Keep it up – squat at least 6 more times in 2016 and you’ll hit the ground running in January!
